Our story

We started Birdhouse Property Management because we saw the problem small landlords face while investing locally ourselves. Each of us built a small residential portfolio in Wichita and discovered that nobody managed properties as well as we did.

Once our own operations were running well, we opened this boutique management offering to serve other owners and manage their properties the way we manage our own. Every property runs on the same best practices, with care tailored to each owner and what their portfolio demands.

Eric Beckman

Co-owner

Eric spent his career in property management technology, helping management companies run leasing, maintenance and communication. He handles owner relations, leasing and pricing at Birdhouse.

Elizabeth Finch

Co-owner

Elizabeth runs day-to-day operations: resident communication, maintenance coordination, inspections and move-ins. She is the person residents will know by name.
